We act as the data controller for any personal data processed through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.

What data we collect and why

Contact form (Name, Email, Message, Budget, Service type)
Collected when you request a quote or send us a message. We process this to respond to your enquiry and prepare a service proposal where relevant.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Booking data via Cal.com
When you schedule a meeting, Cal.com collects your name, email, time zone, and any details you provide. Used only to organise the meeting.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Analytics data
If you consent through our cookie banner, Google Analytics collects anonymised information about your visit (pages viewed, approximate location, device, traffic source).
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (processors) acting on our instructions:

• Hostinger (website and email hosting, EU)
• Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, security)
• Google LLC (Google Analytics, US)
• Cal.com (meeting bookings)
• CookieYes (consent management)

Some providers are based outside the European Economic Area (notably the US). For international transfers we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards under GDPR Chapter V.

How long we keep your data

• Contact form messages: up to 24 months from last contact, unless a contract is signed (in which case retention follows accounting and contractual obligations).
• Cal.com booking records: up to 24 months.
• Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics (currently up to 14 months).
• Accounting and invoicing data tied to clients: 10 years, as required by Romanian law.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• request correction or deletion,
• restrict or object to processing,
• request data portability,
• withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent),
• lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (https://www.dataprotection.ro).

Children

Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
