Vector Legal Solutions is an Alberta law firm that gives businesses senior in-house legal counsel without adding headcount, from fast contract reviews to embedded support.
Most law firm websites list practice areas and stop there. Vector Legal needed a site that explains productized legal services clearly enough for a business to choose one and get in touch.
We delivered a brand identity, a custom website with a blog the firm manages itself, and an ongoing maintenance plan.
Vector Legal offers something unusual for a law firm: fixed-fee contract reviews with a two-day turnaround, review programs built on custom playbooks, and in-house counsel on contract. These services are easy to buy once understood, but hard to explain in the usual law firm format.
The firm also needed a site the principal lawyer could run alone. Publishing articles, managing email and handling contact requests had to work without a developer in the loop.
We built the site around the services rather than the firm. Each offer has its own clear explanation of what it covers, how it's priced and who it suits, with calls to action placed where a buyer is ready to decide. A restrained visual identity, built on a recurring crosshair motif, signals precision and fits the firm's technology-forward positioning.
Under the hood, the site runs on Next.js with Sanity as the content editor, so the firm publishes insights on its own. Pages are statically generated and served through Cloudflare for near-instant loading, and the contact form routes inquiries straight to the firm's inbox. We moved the signature animated background to the GPU to keep it smooth on mobile devices, and after launch we kept the site secure and updated under a monthly maintenance plan.

Launch-Ready Brand Assets
Business card, presentation template, LinkedIn assets, letterhead, memo template, email signature and a custom mesh generator, so the firm launched with a complete brand, not just a website.
2 days
Contract Review Turnaround
Fixed-fee contract reviews come back in two days, and the site puts that price and timeline on the first screen, so a business knows exactly what it is buying before the first call.

Let's get startedOur results are based on comprehensive before-and-after analysis conducted over 6-12 months post-launch for each client project. We utilize a combination of:
Digital Analytics: Google Analytics and heat mapping tools to track conversion rates, bounce rates, session duration, and traffic growth patterns compared to pre-launch baselines.
Client Reporting: Direct feedback and operational data from clients regarding time savings, lead quality improvements, and business process efficiency gains.
Performance Tracking: Multi-channel attribution analysis measuring inquiry volume, customer acquisition costs, and engagement metrics across all digital touchpoints.
Comparative Analysis: Industry benchmark comparisons and control group methodologies to isolate the impact of our design and development solutions on business outcomes.
All metrics represent measurable improvements documented through client partnerships, with data collection beginning 30 days pre-launch through 12 months post-implementation to ensure statistical significance and account for seasonal variations.
